Inconsistent Service Quality
slow check-in disorganized staff
I had issues . The check-in process was slow, and the staff seemed disorganized. I found only one receptionist assisting a large group. Another staff member was counting cash, and he made me wait. He prioritized counting money over helping waiting customers.

underwhelming stay
dirty balcony bad cleaning
the staff was friendly enough (i guess that's something).
My room was supposed to be clean, but i found someone's used dental floss by the bed, pretty gross. the balcony was also covered in bird poop. It was unusable. i guess cleanliness isn't a top priority here.

great family stay
spacious apartment separate bathrooms washing machine equipped kitchen
We enjoyed the spacious two-bedroom apartment beautiful. it included two separate bathrooms, convenient for our family. the apartment had a washing machine. This allowed us to do laundry . the kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils.
the wifi signal was occasionally weak in some areas of the apartment.

the hotel is located near several restaurants and shops. a large supermarket is just a short walk away. public transportation is also easily accessible from the hotel (the bus stop is only a few minutes away).
